Follow these simple steps 

1.) Place your item/s in your cart

2.) Proceed to checkout and use our FFL locator tool to help find a ATF registered FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) located in your area. ( Please note this is only a locator tool, this does not mean we have them " On file") You must contact them and request they send their documents. IT's The LAW..

3.) Contact the FFL you selected and have them send us a signed copy of their FFL document to KW via E-Mail. or FAX (Email to FFL@kentuckywindage.com   <-- Important STEP!! 

4.) Once your FFL's documents have been received you will get a status update " FFL-Received-Verifying "

5.) Your item will ship once all required paperwork is received. (You will get tracking once shipped)

6.) Please note, once you place an order the item/s are now allocated to your order. If an order needs to be canceled please email us right away.

You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. You must comply with Federal, State and Local Laws at the time of order and transfer of ownership

Federal Law mandates that guns may only be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. The dealer will ensure that you are legally allowed to purchase the gun under all Federal, State and Local Laws before completing the gun transfer. The majority of dealers charge a fee for this service that is NOT included in your purchase transaction with Kentucky Windage and is to be paid to the FFL Dealer at the time of transfer. If applicable the FFL Dealer may also reserve the right to charge Sales Tax on your gun total as well as the transfer fee.

In order to purchase your gun and have us ship to your chosen FFL dealer, you must complete these steps before we can process your order. Failure to complete these steps will cause a delay in the shipping of your order.
